Join our Transcom Family as an eWFM Administrator!
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all areas of the Transcom Workforce Management System (Aspect, eSP and RTA, ACD Feeds)
• Administrator and subject matter expert for applications including Aspect (eWFM, eSP, and RTA), WFO, Mobile App.
• Setup, execution, documentation and testing of system configurations in Aspect (eWFM, eSP and RTA) for Production and QA environments with upkeep maintenance
• Report creation and customization using Transcom reporting systems
• Point of contact between Software Vendors, Support and Management teams
• Point of contact for escalated support issues
• Reduction of operating costs, while increasing employee satisfaction around their work times
• Setup programs in eWFM as requested by WFM resources and address change requests for segments as needed.
• Develop and deliver training and user support for internal and external teams.
• As subject matter expert, represent the capabilities of the tools and team on all projects that requires changes to scheduling forecasting and payroll
• As team representative, guide, execute and provide requirement’s for major system updates, upgrades and changes

- Formally Trained on eWFM Aspect system
