Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring the smooth running of each case related to compilance with applicable regulations
- Represents MyRobin to relevant stakeholders and reports to the field Team Lead in the HQ
- Monitors, assesses, and analyzes risks, and reports on the security situation related to partner operations in the area
- Ensure needed equipment and materials are on hand to complete work on time and according to Program manager expectations.
- Provides general support, guidance, and serves as focal point between the field and the office during project implementation.
- Ensures that procedures and donor regulations applicable to projects implemented with regards to program, logistics, security, HR, and administration are closely followed.
Requirements:.
- Male
- Domicile in MEDAN, Sumatera Utara
- Between 1 - 4 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Experience working in the field, having worked as collector/surveyor position is a plus
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other web-based management systems
- Have a driver's license and personal vehicle
