The opportunity
You will have the opportunity to grow within EY pyramid structure, attending training sessions and getting more and more involved in talent hunting, HR projects, owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding for all EY’s service lines (non tech) such as Audit, Tax & Legal, Consulting and Core Business Services.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- 3+ years experience in Recruitment
- Experience in mass recruitment, and proven track record in successfully recruiting professionals
- Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizing skills, having the ability to handle different projects efficiently
- Able to take the initiative and complete all assigned tasks within the required time period
Your key responsibilities
- Being a strategic advisor to the business to identify hiring requirements
- Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding for all EY’s service lines
- Maintaining a constant communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline and candidate status, trends and analysis of the employment market
- Developing and maintaining candidates’ recruitment database
- Constantly finding solutions for right candidate sourcing and approach
- Maintaining contact with agreed recruitment third parties
- Promoting EY as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities
