What will you be working on?
As a Solutions Architect, you will work with large-scale projects that are shaping the future of energy services globally. You will work closely with the team lead and lead developer, oversee the total architecture of different projects, and ensure that robust and secure solutions are implemented. Sometimes, you will also support in presales activities. Internally, you will act as the subject matter expert.
You will:
- Clarify project scope and requirements with the customer.
- Design and oversee the total architecture.
- Transform high-level requirements and user stories into development concrete tasks in Jira.
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers to help them get the most value out of our platform and solution.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the developers.
- Help accelerate sales of Utilihive by assisting the sales dep. in tenders and bids to ensure that technical requirements and design are described & answered according to the Uthilihive capabilities and roadmap.
Tasks and responsibilities can vary a bit depending on your background, interest, and experience. For example: Greenbird also has Architects that enjoy being more hands-on on the technical side, working on data flow integrations themselves. This is something that they really welcome.
Who are we looking for?
As a Solutions Architect in Greenbird, you will work with complex, large-scale integration projects globally and advise Utilities on their transition journey to a more data-driven business model. As such, it is important that you understand this industry.
- Experience working as a solutions/delivery architect in complex integration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the energy utility domain.
- Previous experience as a developer.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
