Job Responsibilities:
- Administering audit confirmations such as bank confirmations
- Liaise with audit clients for documents required by audit teams
- Files management and maintenance
- Onboarding of new clients
- Preparation of financial statements - typing, casting, formatting and proof reading of the final audited reports
- Handling telephone calls
- Other general administrative duties such as ordering of stationeries, mailing (incoming & outgoing)
Job Requirements:
. GCE "A" level /ITE/Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Word
- Attention to details and meticulous
- Pro-active in seeking new ideas to improve efficiencies
- Positive working attitude and good organisational skill
- Preferably 2 years of experience in audit/ accounting functions
