Admin Coordinator [Singapore]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administering audit confirmations such as bank confirmations
  • Liaise with audit clients for documents required by audit teams
  • Files management and maintenance
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Preparation of financial statements - typing, casting, formatting and proof reading of the final audited reports
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Other general administrative duties such as ordering of stationeries, mailing (incoming & outgoing)

Job Requirements:

. GCE "A" level /ITE/Diploma

  • Proficiency in MS Word
  • Attention to details and meticulous
  • Pro-active in seeking new ideas to improve efficiencies
  • Positive working attitude and good organisational skill
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in audit/ accounting functions
