Your Career

Palo Alto Networks has a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch people to expand the team. As a Director of Enablement for the Cortex speedboat at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our internal teams such as sales teams, customer success, professional services, and more.

As a Director of an enablement, you will lead our enablement efforts, take information from development and product to the field, and build content and demos for our teams to consume and use. This role is cross-functional and you will work across product, development, field, and marketing teams.

Your Impact

  • Manage a team of skilled individuals who’ll build content, demos, and training materials for wide audiences
  • Work closely with our program team to deliver enablement in alignment with our product release cadences
  • Work with sales, engineering, product management, product marketing, customers, partners and additional teams to deliver enablement
  • Coordinate and lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity with other teams
  • Create best practices and metrics that will drive success for the team
  • Produce highly visible demonstrations of content for internal and external audiences

Qualifications


Your Experience

  • Experience with managing technical teams in the cybersecurity space, with a focus on managing cross functional programs in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Vast experience in EDR, SIEM, SOAR, including hands-on experience with integration and operations
  • Deep understanding of how SOCs work, how to build SOC workflows and metrics
  • Vast experience in project management and supporting large enterprise networks
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Experience with production lab or data center experience
  • Understanding and affinity for technology and a motivation to master product and market details
  • Ability to inspire teams, colleagues, and executives - paired with an ability to execute
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills

The Team

To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For the fastest growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks, and the products and services that proactively address them. Our team helps us do just that.

The team will be highly technical and will build enablement material that will be consumed by multiple teams in and outside of Palo Alto Networks. It includes, but not limited to, demo environments, deep technical presentations, webinars, guides, and more. The team will work closely with product and engineering as the products are being developed and will build content that will align with the our release cadences to ensure that the various teams in the company have everything they need to succeed.
