Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process inclusive of job posting, scheduling interviews, screening potential candidates and following up with candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Update employees personal data changes in the system and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in implementation of HR programs
- Actively participate in HR improvement initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
