As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other relevant channels.

2. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve department goals and individual development.

3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, website traffic, and customer engagement.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics.

5. Identify and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the company's website.

6. Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display ad networks.

7. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention and repeat business.

8. Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and social advertising.

9. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels.

10. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.

11. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.

12. Analyze marketing data to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI.

13. Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to enhance the company's online reputation.

14. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets for marketing campaigns.

15. Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar leadership role in digital marketing.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

5. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

6. Experience with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

7. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems for lead management and customer engagement.

8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
