· Able to troubleshoot, repair and maintain to ensure the smooth running of EQT products at customer site
· To train and educate customers to be familiar with EQT products and maintenance processes to meet the products requirements and expectation
· Know how to operate customer’s production handlers/testers to resolve of technical issues on site
· Work closely with reporting Manager to serve and manage customer onsite, communicate and update on production achieve sales targets set.
Requirement:
· Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
· 2 years of product knowledge (ie: Solidworks / Test Contractor)
· Min 2 to 3 years hands-on test experience in Test Socket, handler, loadboard
· Perform technical troubleshooting and repair work
Must be able to communicate well in English verbally and in written
· Able to read and understand technical drawings like mechanical drawing for IC, package, socket and pins.
· Proficiency in MS office
