Your mission at RBI

• You ensure a reliable support and operations of our application “ABACUS” for regulatory reporting
• You work on service requests and analyze and fix problem-tickets of your users
• Play an important role in the Release-Testing and Test-Automation
• Improve the operational processes and automate the data processing-steps
• Act as a teamplayer in a young and agile team in an international environment

Your core competencies

• Professional experience in application management and 2 nd level support
• SQL knowledge at the level of querying data from databases
• Affinity to data processing and the willingness to learn the basics of regulatory reporting
• Experience in regression testing (data comparison)
• Structured way of working. Accurate and precise in the daily doing
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; German is a plus

Nice to have

• ITIL Know how
• Scripting languages (PowerShell)

• Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges between 45.000 and 70.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
